Building Construction On Private Property and Related Street Use

| Office tower under construction on this full city block. Tower to be 3 levels underground and 17 levels above ground. To facilitate construction sidewalks and parking are closed around the site. Lane closures are permitted during non peak hours of 9am to 4pm on Main and on First; lane closures permitted during the hours of 7am-3pm on Madison and on Second. |

C: NW Lovejoy / Marshall / 14th / 15th; through Spring 2010 |
| Parking and sidewalks are closed and fenced surrounding the block of NW 14th, 15th, Lovejoy and Marshall, all hours/all days. Intermittent street closures on NW 15th between Lovejoy and on NW Marshall between 7am-4pm for construction operations as needed. |

D: SW Park & 9th Ave and SW Yamhill and Morrison; on hold |
| Construction on Park Avenue West Tower is on hold. The project has its fences as clos to the job site and possible and opened the sidewalks on SW Morrison and SW Yamhill streets. Sidewalks on 9th and Park are closed. Parking has been restored to the west side SW 9th Ave. Some Truck Loading Zone has been restored on the west side of SW Park Ave adjacent to the job site. |
